I am very passionate about Talent. Not just Talent Acquisition, though I might be a bit biased to it. Having spent half my career recruiting for people across a multitude of industries from the US to Australasia to ASEAN and India.
Organisations talk big about Talent Acquisition and ever-growing #thewarfortalent, but many seldom invest time and money to better it.
My role has been about identifying and alleviating fundamental issues in the talent acquisition process to ensuring great customer experiences by not just integrating systems but also by designing and orchestrating experiences.
Roll out and implement global programs of work related to talent and more.
